Description
The Introduction Session is a one-time session completed by new athletes who are beginning to train with us. It is a one-on-one session involves an evaluation of the incoming athlete’s performance level, completion of our biomechanical anaylsis, and an overview of our training expectations. Session Duration: 60 minutes
*New, incoming athletes must complete the introduction session before entering into one of our training programs.
