Athlete Performance Group

The Athlete Performance Group is for athletes ages 13+ and want to gain the competitive advantage. 

Athletes who train in this group perform exercises that improve strength, explosive power, speed & agility, rotational power, and core stability. Athletes will also gain an understanding of basic nutritional principles, and learn the importance of a detailed warm-up & cool-down routine. Improvements in the athlete’s overall confidence is the most noticeable result from training in this group.
