The Introduction Session is the starting point for all athletes joining our program. This one-time session allows us to properly introduce each athlete to how we train for RESULTS.
During the session, athletes will:
• Learn our structured warm-up and cool-down routines
• Be introduced to key exercises used in our training groups
• Go through a movement-based assessment led by a certified strength coach
This session also serves as a biomechanical analysis to help identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas that need improvement. It allows us to make sure every athlete is placed in the right training group and sets the foundation for long-term development.
