Athlete Development Group

 

Ranging from athletes 7 years old to 12 years old, the Athlete Development Group establishes a foundation of strength training, explosive power training, speed & agility training, and understanding the importance of a proper warm-up/cool-down routine. 

This training program not only focuses on creating a foundation for the beginner athlete, but reinforces boosting the athlete’s confidence as they start their athletic career.

The Athlete Development Group Schedule

Tuesdays & Thursdays
4:30pm - 5:30pm & 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Saturdays
8:30am - 9:30am
