The Athlete Performance Group is for athletes ages 13 – 18 and want to gain the competitive advantage.
Athletes who train in this group perform exercises that improve total body strength, explosive power, speed & agility, rotational power, and core stability. Athletes will also learn the importance of a detailed warm-up & cool-down routine.
We take a data-driven training approach with this training program. Data is collected on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis to maximize training results.
